Terms of Service
Version 2026-10 · 10 October 2026 · subject to legal review
Effective from 10 October 2026.
These terms govern the use of OutDo, provided by NoLogTech, Lda. ('we'), tax number (NIPC) 516379801, registered office at Rua do Souto 14, Bragança, Portugal. Contact: support@out-do.app. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. The service
OutDo is a configurable management system (production, stock, CRM, projects, HR, invoicing and others) that runs without programming. It is provided as a subscription through the web, desktop and mobile apps, a management portal and an API. The service works offline and synchronizes when the connection returns.
2. Account
- OutDo is intended for professional use by companies and professionals. Whoever creates an organization on behalf of a company declares they have authority to bind it to these terms.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account and the accounts you invite.
- The owner of an organization manages its members, permissions, plan and billing in the portal.
3. Plans and trial
- The plans, limits and prices in force are published at out-do.app. Prices are per organization and exclude VAT. Billing is monthly or annual; the annual amount equals ten monthly fees, for both the plan and the add-ons.
- Every organization member counts as an editor. Kiosk users do not count as editors, within the plan's terminal limit. External accounts do not count as editors and are only available on plans with an external portal.
- New companies get a 14-day trial of the Pro plan, activated when the company is created, with no card required. The trial includes 300 AI credits and does not allow add-on purchases. At the end of the trial, the limits and features of the plan chosen by the owner apply.
- You can change plan at any time in the portal. Add-on purchases require an action by the organization owner.
4. Payment and invoicing
- Payments are processed by Stripe. OutDo does not store card data.
- Invoices are issued through InvoiceXpress with the billing details supplied by the owner (company name, tax number and address) and made available in the portal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Unpaid amounts may lead to suspension under section 10.
- We may update prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies only to future billing periods.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- carry out unlawful activities or infringe the rights of third parties;
- distribute malicious software or try to access data of other organizations without authorization;
- resell the service or circumvent technical or licensing limits;
- deliberately overload the infrastructure, including the API beyond its rate limits.
6. Your data
- The data entered in your workspaces belongs to you or your organization. We process it only to provide the service and on your instructions, as a processor.
- The Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data at any time through the API (on plans that include it) or as CSV.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and to improve it. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control; the current state is published on the status page. Formal availability commitments apply only to the Enterprise plan, under the SLA. We may evolve features; if we discontinue something material, we give reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
The software, the brand and the OutDo content belong to NoLogTech, Lda. or its licensors. The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of the contract. The configurations, structures and data you create in your workspaces are yours.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
- You can cancel at any time in the portal; the service stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- We may suspend access in case of non-payment, serious breach of these terms or risk to the security of the service, giving notice whenever reasonably possible.
- We may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of serious breach.
- In any case, you can export your data before deletion, as set out in the DPA. Your account can be deleted in the portal; the organization's data is deleted when its owner deletes the organization.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and always publish the current version on this page, with its version and effective date. For material changes, we notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory rules.
