Subprocessors

These are the companies that process personal data on our behalf to provide OutDo. Production data stays on our own servers at OVH in Gravelines, France; each provider below receives only the data needed for its purpose. The rules that apply to them are in the DPA.

Our own tools
These tools run on NoLogTech's own infrastructure in Portugal (EU). They are not subprocessors and are listed for transparency.
- Chatwoot: Support chat.
- Umami: Cookieless usage analytics, with a pseudonymous account id in the product.
- Uptime Kuma: Monitoring and status page.
- Aptabase: App analytics, being phased out.
How to be notified
We notify the owners of customer organizations by email at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To receive these notices at another address, write to privacy@out-do.app.
